Cab-users in Malaga providencer are to be given extensive information about the danger of using illegal taxis.

The public authorities will make a special effort to make users aware of how this affects both them and the taxi drivers association.

The increasing number of unregistered and unqualified taxi drivers is considered as an unsafe image of the region to tourists, who are the most frequent victims of these fraudulent services. This effects the legal tax-paying taxis, as they see their income drop.

Lots of the illegal taxis are British residents which are taking advantage of their own countrymen. They hand out flyers with their contact number to international tourists in bars and pubs. And usually they charge even more for a ride than a legal taxi would take.

This event at the Palacio de Congreso of  Marbella is as well connected via live stream with all the other participating countries.

The reason for this event is the WORLD AIDS DAY!!

This day is dedicated to raising awareness of  AIDS  caused by the spread of HIV infection.

Dance4life is a international initiative created to implicate young people from all over the world with the goal to stop the epidemic HIV/AIDS.

The opening of SIERRA NEVADA is two days ahead of schedule for its 2012/2013 season.

Culture and Sport Minister of the Junta of Andalucia announced that the ski resort will open on Thursday 29.11.2012.

At the first 2 days they will offer to the public a discounted rate of 30euros for a ski pass!!!

 

No more fake perfume!!!

One woman and two men are held for allegedly trading with fake products by the National Police in Malaga. At the raid, more than 300 goods were confiscated, including 272 cosmetics products and perfume, as well 81 fake football shirts. two of the suspects were spotted with bags full of fake products at the surroundings of the shopping centre in Malaga city. The woman got arrested when she was leaving the apartment of one of the suspects. Police is investigating to find out the alleged providers and the source of the forged goods.
